It’s July 2001 and I touch down in Ibiza. My boyfriend at the time is already there, working a season for Ministry Of Sound. There are many wonderful books out there that educate you how to get pregnant, how to be pregnant, how to give birth, how to breast feed, how to raise a baby etc etc.  They are all fabulous in their own right and have helped me along my parenting journey, of course.  My favourite ones (if you were wondering) for pregnancy; Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth  and when your baby is born Your Baby Week by Week  by Simone Cave and Dr Caroline Fertleman.  These were my go-to bibles that I read religiously.
