Christmas is complete, the decorations are (mostly) down⦠and suddenly January arrives with a long list of things weāre apparently meant to āfixā.
So letās take the pressure right off, shall we?
This isnāt about all-or-nothing routines, extreme workouts, or living on lettuce. Itās about small, doable habits that help you feel a little more energised during the dark days, a little more grounded – and still very much human.
Think:
- topping up the vitamins youāve probably forgotten about
- moving your body in ways that feel good (even if thatās a 10-minute stretch)
- wearing clothes that make youĀ feelĀ good, even on slow days
- and leaning on easy meals that donāt require brainpower (hello meal boxes)

No pressure. Just progress š¤
Iād love to hear from you all this week, please drop a comment with any tips you have for tackling the New Year or anything youād like me to cover!
Easy January Resets
⨠Simple Supplements
Simple, everyday vitamins and supplements to support your energy, immunity, and mood this January – including some specific for those going through the menopause right now!

⨠Gentle Movement
However you choose to move your body, whether thatās strolling with a friend or joining a local Pilates class, feeling comfortable makes showing up easier. Cosy loungewear, supportive trainers, resistance bands or a fancy new yoga mat all help with motivation! Plus who says you canāt wear it all day afterwardsā¦

⨠The January Survival Kit
These are the bits that help January feel softer, especially on the days when motivation is low and the sofa is calling. Little comforts. Big difference.

āļø Mammograms Matter
I want to share with you something Iād love us to all get behind. Breast cancer doesnāt wait until 50, and thatās the age they are offered at the moment. Thatās why thereās currently a petition calling for routine mammogram invites to start at 40 and happen annually, not every three years.
Earlier screening means earlier detection – and that saves lives.
š Please sign and share the petition if you can
š And always trust your instincts if something doesnāt feel right

š Small Business Shout Out
This week I want to shine a light onĀ Lily & BeanĀ – a female-founded British brand creating beautifully personalised handbags and accessories designed to fit real life.
Founded by former lawyer and mum Claire, Lily & Bean was born from the need for stylish, practical bags that work just as hard as we do. Every piece is thoughtfully designed, timeless, and made to be worn on repeat – whether thatās for busy school days, work, weekends or evenings out.
Always love supporting brands built by women, for women š¤

Happy New Year everyone – wishing you an easy transition into 2026. I look forward to sharing lots of fabulous content with you this year, thanks for your support as always!
