Wow wow wow!! What an incredible night last night at the Little London Awards in Belgravia!
Before I go any further with this, I want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who voted for me – without you I wouldn’t be typing away at my computer every week and sending emails to you… so you are very much appreciated!
I was definitely the underdog in my category as ‘Best Blogger’, being up against incredible bloggers such as Dress Like A Mum, The EVB Edit and The Dad Network… all blogs that have been live a lot longer than I have, and ones I read myself and love their content, so of course I was very nervous and aware that I may not win…
And I didn’t win. The Dad Network did, who I totally believed deserved to win.
BUT I WAS RUNNER UP!!!!!
Literally, I am SO happy with this result! ‘Mama Still Got It’ went live on Janurary 9th this year, and since then it’s been an incredible journey..
My blog is a message to all women – you must get better with age otherwise what’s the point?
‘Mama Still Got It’ as a blog dedicated to all mothers. We have the hardest job in the world, and it’s not to be underestimated. I think it’s important to embrace our strength, beauty, pride, identity and confidence as we take on daily challenges as a mother – and a woman.
