Navigating skincare can be overwhelming with so many brands and product types to choose from. Not only that, just like we change our clothes to suit the seasons, it’s also important we are protecting our skin from differing weather conditions. This is why I am here to help, and trust me when I say, I’ve tried so many!

My Morning Routine
Keeping it simple is key for me, using too many products can cause skin to become overloaded and this way I’m more likely to be consistent.
Step 1: Cleanse the face with Garnier Vitamin C Micellar Water to ensure all traces of make-up and oil are gently removed
Step 2: Use the Trinny London Better Off Gel Cleanser with added exfoliation and conditioning gel to go a little deeper
Step 3: Apply L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Pure Vitamin C Serum and SPF 50+ Invisible Fluid Face Duo to protect your skin from UV (yes, even in winter), as well as hydrate the skin ready for the day
Step 4: Use Bio-Oil on your face and anywhere else you feel you need to even your skin tone, reduce any scars or hydrate those dry bits!
My Evening Routine
No matter what, I am committed to my super quick evening routine. As I travel a lot for work too, it has to be easy to take with me.
Step 1: Cleanse with the best of the best – Elemis Pro Collagen Cleansing Balm is delightful and leaves your skin feeling nourished and refreshed
Step 2: Smooth over a drop of L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Serum which has anti-ageing properties that work to smooth and hydrate skin

Protect Little Skin
A sudden drop in temperature can be a harsh on little ones skin too, especially if they have delicate or sensitive skin.
