Giving birth should be your greatest achievement, not your greatest fear which is why with this pregnancy I decided to do prenatal yoga.
My 2nd labour was quite traumatic and my thoughts surrounding childbirth were negative (even though my first labour was fine). Not only is pregnancy yoga a great way to stay in shape but it teaches you how to breathe deeply and relax…Something that all us mamas could do with pregnant or not!!
So I contacted Ushvani Chelsea to learn more about their classes. I loved the class and I’ve definitely been feeling more relaxed, positive and empowered as my due date approaches.
