Welcome to the first post in my new mini-series, Finding My Balance: My Reset Season – where I’m sharing the real-life shifts that provided the foundations to my rebalancing journey. Over the next few weeks I’ll reveal all about how a DNA test helped me shape what I’m eating, current go-to recipes, my simple training routine and realistic coping mechanisms for the perimenopause.

After months of trial and error, from taking on the CoppaTrek to rethinking what balance really means, I’ve found a rhythm that’s helped me feel stronger, calmer, and more in tune with myself and I want to share it all with you now.
