Summer term always sneaks up on us, doesn’t it?
One minute it’s Easter… the next it’s sports days, BBQ invites, festivals, last-minute school emails, and trying to find sun cream at 7am before a trip!
So this year, I’m trying something different and actually planning ahead a little.
Not in a “perfectly organised mum” way because that’s not possible, but in a make life easier for future me kind of way.
Because summer is always better when you’re not scrambling (as much).

Because summer means more time out of the house, more snacks, more changes of clothes, and somehow… more stuff than ever. These are the little organisational wins that just make everything run smoother – whether it’s a quick trip out or a full day of plans.

This is the one I always underestimate.
Summer term feels more relaxed, but suddenly they need sun cream, hats, shorts, and somehow everything is either missing, too small, or not where you thought it was.
