It’s the final post in my re-balancing series! It’s felt therapeutic sharing my recent journey, and I’ve loved hearing your stories and questions along the way. I’ve done a little roundup of my toolkit, the rituals that have made a big difference, plus it’s that time of year where I always share my ideas for the summer holidays (and how to stay sane!).

🧰 My Toolkit For Feeling More Like Me
These are the things I keep coming back to:
- Cycle Tracking: Even when cycles are irregular, it’s empowering to see patterns. I use the free Balance Menopause App to keep track.
- Cooling Sprays & Mini Fans: Total lifesavers during hot flushes or just those muggy days, I’ve linked my faves.
- Herbal Teas: Peppermint and chamomile are my daily go-tos for calming moments.
- Meditation: Honestly, I didn’t think this would be for me. But giving myself 5–10 minutes to sit quietly with an app (I use the Balance Meditation App) has genuinely helped me feel calmer, more present, and a little less reactive. If you’ve been curious, give it a try – no pressure, no “perfect” way to do it.
